Pain Point: With more than a thousand distribution points, Amtel sought to standardize and automate its invoices. 25 hours per month were dedicated to manual data entry into SAP, and the company sought to digitize the process and eliminate the tedious and error-prone system.
Results: With DOConvert, hundreds of credit invoices arrive at a dedicated email in PDF format and are automatically parsed and entered into Amtel’s SAP system within seconds.
